The Role of Empathy in Building Strong Relationships

 Empathy is one of the essential ingredients in forming strong connections with people. 

but when you really think about it, an often-quoted definition of empathy talks about having to some how place yourself in some body else's shoes to understand what they ;re feeling and shared feelings.it goes way beyond that. with empathy in our system, we could completely rewrite how we interact with others: at work and in our personal space. and that is the beginning of connection: to fellow humans and to kinder earth.

Different from sympathy or feeling sorry for someone, it is the ability to really feel another side of a person: their perspective, their feelings. Broadly classified, empathy can be of three types.
Cognitive Empathy The ability to understand how someone else thinks and what they are likely feeling.
Emotional Empathy- literally feeling somebody else's feelings.
